Fintech Management Limited, LLC installs Odoo the same way every time. One repeatable method, delivered in four tiers. Tier 1 Standard sets the base. Each tier above it adds to the one before. You choose the tier that fits the business you run today.
The four tiers
Every FML client gets its own Odoo Enterprise database on Odoo.sh, set up by FML and then handed over. Before we quote, FML sizes your project in FML Scope Units (FSU), counted from what you need built. Your size places you in a band, and the band sets the first tier open to you. You may choose that tier or any tier above it.
Prices shown are the floor for each band. Your quotation is set from your own size and is never below the floor for your band and tier.
Tier 1 Standard
What it includes: 15 of the 36 FML catalog lines. Service requests: none included. First response targets: 8 hours for a critical incident, 2 business days for any other.
Who it suits: smaller projects in band XS (1 to 20 FSU) and band S (21 to 40 FSU).
Floor prices: band XS USD 11,300. Band S USD 22,600.
Tier 2 Enhanced
What it adds over Tier 1: 22 of the 36 catalog lines are included. Service request target: 4 hours each month. First response targets: 4 hours for a critical incident, 1 business day for any other.
Who it suits: projects in band M (41 to 60 FSU), where Tier 2 is the first tier open. Clients in bands XS and S may also choose it.
Floor prices: band XS USD 13,400. Band S USD 26,800. Band M USD 40,100.
Tier 3 Premier
What it adds over Tier 2: 32 of the 36 catalog lines are included. Service request target: 10 hours each month. First response targets: 2 hours for a critical incident, 8 hours for any other.
Who it suits: projects in band L (61 to 100 FSU), where Tier 3 is the first tier open. Clients in bands XS, S and M may also choose it.
Floor prices: band XS USD 14,800. Band S USD 29,500. Band M USD 44,300. Band L USD 73,800.
Tier 4 Signature
What it adds over Tier 3: all 36 catalog lines are included. Service request target: 20 hours each month. First response targets: 1 hour for a critical incident, 4 hours for any other.
Who it suits: the largest projects, in band XL (101 to 160 FSU), where Tier 4 is the only tier open. Clients in every smaller band may also choose it. Projects above 160 FSU start with a proof of concept and are then quoted from the bottom up.
Floor prices: band XS USD 14,900. Band S USD 29,800. Band M USD 44,700. Band L USD 74,500. Band XL USD 119,200.
Each tier adds to the one before.
How FML works with you
Three things are part of how FML works.
The method. One repeatable install method, followed the same way every time.
Training on your own database. FML trains your staff on your own Odoo, with your own products and customers, before go live. They learn where each button is and why it matters.
Support after go live. FML stays on for support and maintenance. Updates, fixes, new questions, new apps as the business grows.

Which tier fits my business? Tier 1 Standard is the base. Each tier adds to the one before. On a short call FML asks how your business runs today and what you want it to do next, then sizes the work to you.
Who trains my staff? FML does, on your own database, with your own products and customers, before go live.
Who answers after go live? FML does. Support and maintenance continue after the system is live.
One more question is worth asking. Do you run on it yourself? FML does. Our own company runs on Odoo, the same system we install for clients.
